Lemon with honey
It is an unbelievable fact that lemon can be a medicine for an allergic cough because everyone knows that lemon is enriched with citric acid. But when you mix 1 tbsp of lemon juice in one glass of hot water with 1 tbsp honey, it becomes remedy into allergic coughing. Lemon has an anti-allergic property which helps in recovering from a cough.
Turmeric in milk
Turmeric has highest anti-inflammatory properties, and it helps in killing bacteria which develops inside the body and creates the allergy. Take a glass of hot milk and mix one tsp of Haldi or turmeric into it and drink the milk before going to bed.
Thyme is also known for its antibacterial properties. Take 1 cup of water and mix few fresh leaves to prepare tea. Boil the water for about 10-15 minutes and drink the hot tea at least twice in a day. It also acts as a remedy for a bronchitis and allergic cough.
Pineapple contains bromelain enzyme which is very effective for an allergic cough. However, some people have itching issues in their throat after eating pineapple, but it is proved to be the good remedy for a cough. But it is not recommendable for those who have fruit allergy.
If somehow you don’t get relief from honey tips then try to get bee pollen. Initially take one or two granules and then gradually increase the dosage to help in increasing the immune system to fight against pollens. This is a method in which you take the remedies before the allergic season starts so that your body is well prepared to face the seasonal effects from pollen. The intake of pollen must start from 4-5 months before the change in season.
